We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Security Engineering Team, focusing on the technical security aspects of our infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Overview

The Security Engineering Team focuses on various technical security aspects of our infrastructure, our (mobile) applications, our users, our employees, and our third parties. Within this team, the Application Security Team works with a specific focus on the security aspects of projects, our (mobile) applications, and the third parties involved. We are looking for a versatile profile to strengthen our Application Security Team.

Key Responsibilities

•You are responsible for part of the daily tasks that are inherently part of the Digital Security Office.

•You work as a Subject Matter Expert within the application security team.

•You review and validate projects and processes from a security perspective.

•You identify IT security risks.

•You analyze new legislation and its impact on the security application landscape within our organization.

•You are responsible for communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

•You have a passion for IT security.

•Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in an IT domain.

•Knowledge of existing IT Security standards (ISO27001/OWASP/PCI DSS…)

•Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Security.

•You can work independently and possess the necessary analytical and problem-solving skills.

•You can communicate, document, and report in a professional manner.

Languages

•Native language: Dutch or French with a very good knowledge of English.
