We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead operational HR projects and participate in social consultations. The role involves managing HR activities in a dynamic IT environment and supervising an HR assistant, while ensuring compliance and quality service to employees.

Description

Generalist HR mission, participation in social consultation as well as leading operational HR projects within the HR department (e.g., training follow-up workflow with an external provider, salary transparency, etc.), support for training and recruitment, if applicable.

The candidate ensures the operational management of HR activities and the smooth functioning of operations in a rapidly evolving IT and digital environment.

They guarantee the effectiveness of HR operational processes, legal compliance, and quality service to employees.

They supervise a developing HR assistant, participate in social consultation (CE, CPPT, and DS), and various HR projects.

Part-time for 3 days/week in hybrid mode with 2 days on-site.
