Overview

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager – Physical Security & Risk Management who leads strategic programs within complex, regulated, and security-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead programs around Physical Security & Risk Management.
Integrate innovative security solutions into operational contexts.
Manage multidisciplinary teams within complex matrix organizations.
Ensure compliance with international security regulations.
Advise executive and management teams.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Program Manager, leading programs related to infrastructure or development projects.
Proven experience as a risk manager.
Proven experience in infrastructure or development projects.
Proven experience in strictly regulated and security-critical environments.
Proven knowledge and experience in implementing security innovations and technological solutions within operational infrastructures.
Proven knowledge and experience in strategic stakeholder management at executive and C-level within international organizations.
Must sign IT Code and NDA.
Proven experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, etc.).
Proven knowledge and experience with PM methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMBok), preferably certified.
Proven knowledge and experience with program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MSP), preferably certified.
