Overview
As a Project Leader, you are responsible for:Coordination and technical leadership within the development team
Creating and monitoring sprint planning
Ensuring software quality within projects
Ensuring that standards (technical, organizational) are followed
Quality assurance of source code
Coaching team members
Technical analysis & design
Coordination of application architecture with Enterprise Architecture
Ensuring alignment of design with functional analysis
Key Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Project Leader in infrastructure or development projects
Proven experience in project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, ...)
Proven knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Proven knowledge and experience with ITIL.
Proven experience with terminology, organization, roles, and processes of PM methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMBok, ...), preferably demonstrated by certification. Able to transfer expert knowledge on the subject.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Project Leader in infrastructure or development projects
Proven experience as a (solution) architect
Proven experience as a Scrum Master for projects
Proven experience as a team lead of an agile IT software custom development team(s)
Proven experience in facilitating and coaching individuals and teams
Proven experience with Angular
Proven experience in continuously seeking process improvements and encouraging the team to do so
Proven experience in promoting Agile values and principles
Proven experience with software QA tools (e.g. Selenium, Mockito, ...)
Proven experience with REST web services
Proven knowledge of Hibernate
In-depth knowledge of the Java programming language
In-depth knowledge of the JavaScript programming language
Knowledge of CI/CD concepts (continuous integration/delivery)
Knowledge of government contracts
Knowledge of the Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Languages
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

- Aantoonbare ervaring met het uitdragen van Agile waarden en principes
