Overview
Within our organization, we manage a cluster of projects that are actively involved in Market Operations & Data Management. These projects guide us through a challenging energy market that is experiencing a significant energy transition. The projects primarily focus on market operations and energy supply (social supplier) with strong interaction with our metering, asset management, and financial systems.Key Responsibilities
You document test scenarios and test progress in a central testing tool and are responsible for reporting from there.
You perform functional tests yourself (hands-on mentality).
You coordinate E2E: across different application teams and/or across different projects.
You align potential defects with functional analysts and ensure a clear defect description in the central testing tool.
You guide end-users and business analysts in executing tests (UAT).
You coordinate with various involved domains to prepare relevant test data for test execution.
You follow up on open defects and actively monitor the lifecycle of a defect.
You ensure Go/No Go meetings and provide a clear report of the tests in Confluence.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Test Coordinator - Must have (5 Years, Senior)
Proven experience as a tester focusing on test execution - Must have (5 Years, Senior)
Proven experience with formal testing methods and techniques - Must have
Proven experience in understanding functional and technical analyses for correct implementation of various test scenarios - Must have (5 Years, Senior)
Proven experience in developing test strategies and test scenarios - Must have
Proven experience in visually presenting test results to involved stakeholders - Must have
Proven experience with Zephyr - Must have
Proven education with certification or equivalent experience in testing large business-critical applications - Must have (3 Years, Medior)
The candidate can demonstrate necessary communication skills during an interview - Must have
The candidate can convince us during the interview of their hands-on mentality and coordination capacity - Must have
Proven experience as a tester in an Agile/Scrum project - Should have
Proven experience in writing test strategies and test scenarios - Should have
Proven experience in preparing and executing test scenarios for data management and market processes - Should have
Proven experience with JIRA - Should have
Proven experience with UML / Use Case modeling - Should have
Proven work experience within the Belgian utility sector - Should have (2 Years, Medior)
Languages
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 - Must have
Additional Info
Our telework policy provides the possibility of teleworking for external resources. The right to telework is not enforceable, and the frequency will always be determined in consultation with the team leader. Occasional travel to other locations may be possible.
