We are looking for a Senior Specialist in ERP/SAP for maintenance and adjustments of the CRM application and case management system. The role requires extensive experience in SAP systems and various ERP/SAP modules.

Overview

This assignment involves the maintenance and adjustments of the CRM application (FLOW) and the case management system (KRIS), both based on Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrable experience in the operational management of SAP systems

•Demonstrable experience with multiple ERP/SAP modules and able to optimize the integration relationships between them.

•Demonstrable experience with the ERP/SAP data model

•Demonstrable experience with ERP/SAP business process analysis, process and technical specifications

•Demonstrable experience in translating requirements into system models and/or specifications & developing conceptual models

Skills & Experience

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with .Net Core

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Agile

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premise environment

•Demonstrable experience with ERP/SAP business process analysis, process and technical specifications

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Git

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Json

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Kanban

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft CRM Product Development

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with SharePoint

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with SQL Server Management Studio
