Overview
As an SAP FICO FICA expert, you will closely collaborate with our organization for the maintenance and support of applications used for financial management (evolutionary and corrective).Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in maintenance, support, and project assignments while adhering to the established schedule.
You will be the point of contact for business and will collaboratively prepare functional analyses.
You will monitor priorities and execution of assignments, reporting to the ICT team leader.
You will write functional analyses and conduct technical analyses.
With your functional and technical knowledge/experience, you will actively propose changes and improvements within our domain.
You will configure based on functional specifications.
You will set up the system.
You will assist your technical colleagues/developers.
You will conduct technical and system tests.
You will ensure good and up-to-date documentation for our applications, including technical operational manuals, service desk scripts, production manuals, knowledge database, and training and user materials.
You will handle tickets within the incident management process.
You will comply with internal IT standards.
You will meticulously apply procedures within the change and release management process.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in the Belgian energy sector.
Proven experience in the operational management of SAP systems.
Proven experience with ERP/SAP business process analysis, process, and technical specifications.
Proven experience with SAP FI-CA configuration within SAP R/3.
Proven experience with SAP FI-CO configuration within SAP R/3.
Proven experience with SAP FI-CO and FI-CA configuration within S/4HANA.
The candidate can demonstrate during an interview the ability to debug ABAP programs to investigate/understand program functionality.
Proven experience with ABAP development.
Proven experience using Solution Manager for managing adjustments to SAP systems.
Proven experience with SAP SD/MM (e.g., invoicing).
Proven experience conducting technical and system tests in an SAP environment.
Proven experience maintaining documentation of SAP applications (especially technical operational manuals, service desk scripts, production manuals, knowledge database, and training and user materials).
Basic knowledge of SAP CRM concepts.
Languages
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

The telework policy allows for remote work for external resources. The right to telework is not enforceable and the frequency will always be determined in consultation with the team leader of our organization. Sporadic travel to other locations is possible. In concrete terms, at least 1 day a week is worked in the office in Melle (on Monday). Every 3 weeks also 1 day meeting in Brussels.
