Overview

We are looking for an expert specialized in CRM products to maintain and further optimize the e-loket Wateronttrekking and other processes in Microsoft CRM Dynamics together with the building blocks of the Flemish government.

Key Responsibilities

This is a contract of 22 Md. Depending on the available budget, fewer/more days may be ordered.
We provide the necessary licenses, software, and network access for executing the assignment. We do not provide an office license. The Office 365 software can be made available, but without a license. The applicant must use their own company license. Alternatively, LibreOffice can be provided.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in developing and monitoring the vision and objectives of products, including monitoring product strategy and product roadmap, in the interest of all stakeholders.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven experience in project management within MS Dynamics 365 projects.
Proven education with certification (Product Owner/Manager) within Agile development methodology.
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering or business economic background, or equivalent through experience.
In possession of an MB5-858 certificate: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Managing MS Dynamics CRM Implementation.
Proven experience within the Flemish government.
Proven experience in analyzing and defining requirements with all possible stakeholders and assessing their impact.
Proven experience in managing priorities of the Product Backlog.
Proven experience in various Project Management aspects (costs, timing, planning, estimates).
Proven experience with or knowledge of the processes related to eLoket Wateronttrekking is a plus.
Proven experience with or knowledge of the following methodologies: UML, Workflow design, Kanban.
Proven knowledge of the following products: Javascript, HTML, REST.
Proven knowledge of the following tools: TFS, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, SQL Server Management Studio.

Languages

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Is remote work possible? Yes, to be agreed upon with the leading official of the administration.

What you'll do

  • Support and advise within the scope of the service, which is to keep the E-loket Wateronttrekking operational.
  • Adhere to the release policy of the Flemish Environment Agency.
