Your tasks:
•Performing and planning assigned complex maintenance tasks and/or operational tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the installations.
•Preparing and executing maintenance tasks (e.g., reserving spare parts, making appointments with operations / VEM, coordinating VGW,...
•Creating measurement sketches, P&IDs, electrical diagrams,...
•Performing operational tasks (e.g., conducting control rounds, managing utilities, performing pressure tests, ...).
•Identifying, analyzing, and addressing problems and failures within your field with the aim of preventing or solving process failures and defects.
•Identifying failures and defects.
•Analyzing the problem and making proposals to solve or prevent failures and defects.
•Recording failures and/or alarms and taking appropriate action.
•Participating in working groups for improvement projects to contribute to the continuous improvement process.
•Formulating proposals and potential solutions.
•Carrying out assigned tasks within the specified time limit.
•Participating in risk and job position analyses.
•Participating in the technical installation of projects to contribute to their successful realization.
•Providing input regarding maintainability and ergonomics.
•Verifying technical requirements through testing and controls.
•Assisting in the commissioning of technical installations.
•Reporting the status of work in your field to inform the organization/hierarchy, safeguard knowledge, and continuously improve.
•Co-developing instructions and manuals.
•Recording and keeping data up-to-date in the designated management system and logbooks.
