The Test Coordinator will take charge of test coordination activities related to the projects assigned to them as well as the follow-up of tests for all related developments, in accordance with the test management rules defined by Governance. The mission will take place in Liège and remote work is possible for a maximum of 2 days per week.
Test Coordination:
Create and manage Test Plans related to the projects and supervise their implementation by all parties.
For each project, oversee the start and closure of the different test phases.
For each test phase, organize and monitor each test activity, involving internal teams (IT and business) and external providers.
Ensure the proper execution of test activities, from preparation to reporting, involving different applications and types of tests.
On a daily basis, track and address actions related to tests, and escalate risks, blockages, and impacts.
At the project closure, ensure the proper transfer of test documentation to the maintenance teams.
Skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Knowledge of testing methodologies and the SDLC
Ability to advocate for the expected test governance while adapting to different contexts and maturities among external and internal providers.
Mastery of different types of functional and non-functional tests and the various levels of testing (development, integration, acceptance)
Proficiency in French both orally and in writing (C2 minimum)
Experience in a Test Coordinator role

What you'll do
- Créer et gérer les Test Plans en lien avec les projets et superviser leur mise en œuvre par toutes les parties.
- Pour chaque projet, encadrer le démarrage et la clôture des différentes phases de test.
- Pour chaque phase de test, organiser et suivre chaque activité de test, impliquant des équipes internes (IT et métier) et des prestataires externes.
- S’assurer de la bonne réalisation des activités de test, de la préparation jusqu’au rapport, impliquant différents applicatifs et types de test.
- Au quotidien, suivre et traiter les actions liées aux tests, et escaler les risques, blocages et impacts liés.
- A la clôture du projet, s’assurer du bon transfert de la documentation de test vers les équipes de maintenance RESA.

- Être en mesure de défendre la gouvernance de test attendue tout en s’adaptant à des contextes et des maturités différentes chez les prestataires externes et internes.
- Maitrise des différents types de tests fonctionnels et non-fonctionnels et des différents niveaux de test (développement, intégration, acceptance)
- Maitrise du français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (C2 minimum)
- Une expérience dans un rôle de Test Coordinator
