Overview
The Test Coordinator will take charge of the test coordination activities related to the "Energy Transition" Program, as well as the follow-up of tests for any related developments, in accordance with the test management rules defined by the Governance.Remote work is possible for a maximum of 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Test Plans related to the Program and supervise their implementation by all parties.
For each project in the program, oversee the start and closure of the different testing phases.
For each testing phase, organize and monitor each testing activity, involving internal teams (IT and business) and external providers.
Ensure the proper execution of testing activities, from preparation to reporting, involving different applications and types of tests.
On a daily basis, monitor and address actions related to testing, and escalate risks, blockages, and impacts.
At the project closure, ensure the proper transfer of test documentation to the maintenance teams.
Skills & Experience
Knowledge of testing methodologies and the SDLC
Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in English both orally and in writing (minimum B2)
Mastery of different types of functional and non-functional tests and various testing levels (development, integration, acceptance)
Proficiency in French both orally and in writing (minimum C2)
Experience in a Test Coordinator role (3 years)
Experience in managing external providers (should have)
ISTQB Foundation Level certification (should have)
Knowledge of the energy sector (nice to have)
Languages
French: C2 (Required)
English: B2 (Required)
