Mission Details
As part of our activities, we are looking for a Test Coordinator. This is a full-time mission estimated to last 6 months, renewable, and ideally starting no later than 10/08/2026. Part of the mission can be done remotely in agreement with the manager, but a presence at the Gosselies site for a minimum of 2 days per week is mandatory. Additional days on-site may be requested based on service needs. The Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, so possession of a driving license and a vehicle is preferable for travel. Additionally, the mission may occasionally require presence at other sites.Mission Context:
To equip ourselves with the necessary means to implement intelligent and optimized networks and to support the energy transition, we have initiated a series of projects aimed at better supporting new electrical uses, maximizing the injection of decentralized productions, and implementing dynamic network management. A test coordinator is sought to establish the testing approach and continue the coordination and monitoring of activities identified with various stakeholders (IT and Business).Main Tasks
Define and maintain the testing strategy in line with the testing methodology and project acceptance criteria (entry/exit criteria) for functional and non-functional aspects (NFR – load/performance/security)
Define and coordinate activities to be carried out during the various testing phases (definition and execution of test plans, data preparation, etc.) and lead the various teams/stakeholders (DEV, BA, Business)
Define the organization of tests in testing tools (ALM Quality Center/Azure Test Plans) considering best practice rules
Identify and maintain the testing schedule including monitoring the availability of different testing environments during all testing periods
Ensure follow-up of raised defects and define their prioritization in collaboration with the project manager, business contacts, BA representatives, and DEV representatives
Ensure the consistency of information present in testing tools (test statuses vs defects, organization of tests, etc.) using provided scripts and with the support of the Lead Testing
Establish monitoring indicators (based on standards) and ensure their quality to support project committee and management decisions.

Skills
Language requirement: French level C2 on the CEFR scale.Must have
Proven experience in using Quality Center and Azure DevOps tools
Proven experience in defining and implementing testing strategies on medium to large-scale projects (testing teams of 5 to 25 people): activities, planning, monitoring, risks, costs
Proven experience in establishing and participating in testing in Agile/Scrum projects, V-model, and hybrid approaches
Proven experience in leading testing sessions with business teams (planning, coaching, training, etc.)
Proven experience with testing methods and techniques (ISTQB Foundations level or equivalent).
Should have
Language requirement: English level B2 on the CEFR scale.
Nice to have
Knowledge of the GIS world is a plus.
