Overview
Within the Artemis project, we are looking for a test coordinator for the project where we migrate the ISU data from ISU R3 to ISU S4.Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor a test master plan aligned with the testing strategy.
Prepare and follow up on test planning, scope, and exit criteria.
Determine and monitor test activities (processes, transactions, etc.) and who will execute them.
Coordinate and assist in writing test scenarios.
Ensure testing of all relevant changes throughout the test coordination.
Direct project staff for the actual execution of the master test plan.
Participate, along with other project staff, in determining and executing end-to-end testing (cross-project/product).
Coordinate with the release manager regarding the availability of test environments and planning.
Report on the progress of tests and test results to stakeholders.
Anticipate potential problems by detecting, assessing, and escalating risks and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
Execute assigned tasks within the project and deliver within set criteria (time, budget, quality).
Guide test designers and Fluvius staff who do not necessarily have testing experience.

Proven experience as a Test Coordinator: 3 Years, Mid, Must have.
Proven experience in the energy sector: Yes, Must have.
Proven experience with a migration project: 1 Year, Junior, Must have.
Proven experience with formal testing methods and techniques: Yes, Must have.
Proven experience with planning, organization, and management of test activities: 3 Years, Mid, Must have.
The candidate can demonstrate agility, proactivity, and solution-oriented mindset during an interview: Yes, Must have.
The candidate can demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills during an interview: Yes, Must have.
Proven experience as a tester in an Agile/Scrum project: Yes, Should have.
Proven experience in writing test strategies and test scenarios: Yes, Should have.

Languages
