We are looking for a senior QA engineer/test manager to develop an efficient QA process in the Solution delivery lifecycle. The role involves leading the QA process for projects, developing test plans, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Overview

As a senior QA engineer/test manager, you are responsible for developing an efficient QA (Quality Assurance) process in the Solution delivery lifecycle and translating this process into concrete procedures and projects.

Key Responsibilities

•You will develop an optimal QA process and strategy (including automation) in consultation with product owners, functional analysts, software engineers, architects, and other stakeholders across projects.

•You will lead the operationalization of the QA process for specific projects. You will develop a test plan and coordinate the execution together with the product owners.

•You will discuss with software engineering which tests can be automated.

•You will estimate the workload for executing these test activities and provide input to the product owner and project manager for sprint and quarterly planning.

•You will strive for a consistent development of acceptance criteria and test scenarios across projects and scrum teams.

•You will guide other QA engineers, as well as functional analysts and product owners in the development of acceptance criteria and test scenarios; as well as in the execution of tests and documenting results.

Skills & Experience

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience in testing business applications including transaction systems and integrations with related systems.

•Demonstrable experience in areas related to quality control.

•Demonstrable experience in leading or guiding extensive multifunctional teams.

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience with quality management tools (e.g., Spira Team, HP ALM…).

•Demonstrable knowledge and experience in guiding business acceptance testing.

Languages

•Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.
