We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with expertise in HCM Core, Recruitment & Talent modules, and Workday integrations. The role involves configuring and supporting Workday systems, managing integrations, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to optimize processes.

Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with strong expertise in the HCM Core module, Recruitment & Talent modules, and advanced knowledge of Workday integrations. The ideal candidate combines functional HR process understanding with technical capabilities (PECI, Workday Studio) to support, optimize, and maintain business unit (BU) processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure, maintain, and optimize the Workday HCM Core module

•Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions

•Support day-to-day operations and resolve system issues

Integrations & Technical Expertise

•Manage and monitor inbound/outbound integrations with external systems (payroll, benefits, vendors)

•Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency using:

• Workday Studio
• Core Connectors (including PECI)

Profile / Requirements

Experience

•Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or Analyst

•Strong hands-on experience with:

• Workday HCM Core, Recruitment & Talent
• Workday Studio
• PECI integrations

•Experience with complex Workday integration landscapes

Functional Knowledge

•Good understanding of HR processes (hire, job changes, compensation, payroll)

•Ability to translate business needs into system configurations

Soft Skills

•Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

•Strong communication skills (ability to interact with HR and IT stakeholders)

•Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven

•Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR and IT teams

Nice to Have

•Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Studio)

•Experience with complex payroll environments

•Knowledge of reporting (Workday reports, Prism Analytics is a plus)
