Main Responsibilities and Missions
Market & Functional Analysis:
You analyze the needs, functional principles, and use cases defined within the framework of CMS 2.0 and identify their impacts on market exchange processes and RESA systems, particularly SAP IS-U.
You contribute to the drafting of impact analyses, functional specifications, business rules, and process maps necessary for implementing changes.
You analyze and qualify issues related to MIG-DGO flows, data, and interfaces between the CMS and the RESA back-end.
You identify dependencies with other projects or components of the information system and escalate points requiring functional or strategic arbitration.
You identify, within your scope, opportunities for improving Market processes and propose solutions consistent with the program principles and RESA's operational constraints.
Testing & Support:
You prepare scenarios, cases, and test data, then contribute to the execution and validation of SIT and UAT campaigns.
You document results, analyze discrepancies, and ensure the follow-up of anomalies until their resolution or escalation.
You participate in integration testing of market exchanges, notably between the CMS and the RESA Back-End.
You maintain functional documentation and traceability elements throughout the lifecycle of changes.
You provide functional support during production launches, transition periods, and hypercare activities.
Coordination & Cross-Collaboration:
You participate in working groups and internal alignment meetings relevant to your scope, in coordination with the existing team.
You ensure operational links with Business, IT, testing teams, and application experts to guarantee a common understanding of needs and impacts.
You prepare clear summaries on the progress of analyses, expected decisions, risks, and open points.
You contribute to the sharing and sustainability of knowledge within the RESA teams.
Skills
Ability to bridge business needs and technical/IT constraints
Operational knowledge of MIG6/MIG-DGO Market processes
Demonstrable experience in requirements analysis
Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst
Experience as a business analyst or functional analyst on SAP-ISU in the energy sector
French level C2
Good communication skills
Knowledge of incident management tools (Jira, TOPdesk or equivalent)
Demonstrable experience with a modeling tool
Experience in BPMN or UML modeling
Experience in preparing and following up SIT/UAT tests and analyzing and tracking anomalies.
Additional Info
To support the transformation of the Market and accompany the implementation of regulatory and operational changes, we are looking for a Junior IT functional analyst responsible for contributing to functional analyses, testing activities, and project coordination related to the CMS 2.0 project. This role requires operational knowledge of the MIG6/MIG DGO protocol and SAP IS-U, as well as a good understanding of interactions between actors in the Belgian energy market. The person will work in collaboration with the existing team and gradually gain autonomy over their scope.
What you'll do
- Vous analysez les besoins, principes fonctionnels et cas d'usage définis dans le cadre de CMS 2.0 et identifiez leurs impacts sur les processus d'échanges de marché et les systèmes RESA, en particulier SAP IS-U.
- Vous contribuez à la rédaction des analyses d'impact, spécifications fonctionnelles, règles de gestion et cartographies de processus nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des évolutions.
- Vous analysez et qualifiez les problématiques liées aux flux MIG-DGO, aux données et aux interfaces entre le CMS et le back-end RESA.
- Vous identifiez les dépendances avec les autres chantiers ou composants du système d'information et remontez les points nécessitant un arbitrage fonctionnel ou stratégique.
- Vous identifiez, dans votre périmètre, les possibilités d’amélioration des processus Marché et proposez des solutions cohérentes avec les principes du programme et les contraintes opérationnelles de RESA.
- Vous préparez les scénarios, cas et données de test, puis contribuez à l'exécution et à la validation des campagnes SIT et UAT.
- Vous documentez les résultats, analysez les écarts constatés et assurez le suivi des anomalies jusqu'à leur résolution ou leur escalade.
- Vous participez aux tests d'intégration des échanges de marché, notamment entre le CMS et le Back-End RESA.
- Vous maintenez la documentation fonctionnelle et les éléments de traçabilité tout au long du cycle de vie des évolutions.
- Vous apportez un support fonctionnel lors des mises en production, des périodes de transition et des activités d'hypercare.
- Vous participez aux groupes de travail Atrias et aux réunions d'alignement internes relevant de votre périmètre, en coordination avec l’équipe en place.
- Vous assurez le lien opérationnel avec les équipes Métier, IT, testing et les experts applicatifs afin de garantir une compréhension commune des besoins et des impacts.
- Vous préparez des synthèses claires sur l'avancement des analyses, les décisions attendues, les risques et les points ouverts.
- Vous contribuez au partage et à la pérennisation de la connaissance au sein des équipes RESA.
