We are looking for a mid-level AWS DevOps Engineer to manage and operate our AWS workloads. The role involves building and optimizing the central AWS platform, deploying applications, and ensuring the reliability of the infrastructure.

Overview

As a DEVOPS engineer, you will be responsible for the management and operation of the AWS workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and operate the central AWS platform.
Manage flows on the platform.
Optimize and further develop IaC.
Deploy and operationalize applications in the landing zone.
Build a platform with central components such as a firewall, DNS solution, etc.
Further develop and scale the infrastructure of the central AWS platform.
Automate releases across different environments.
Monitor the health of the infrastructure and applications.
Add/configure new services/flows.
Provide system failure/recovery plans.
Take necessary actions to ensure the reliability of the platform and systems.

Skills & Experience

Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent experience with ICT technology.
Demonstrable experience with the technology in question or a similar technology.

Languages

Language requirement: Dutch language requirement removed.

Additional Info

Interviews will take place within two weeks following the submission deadline.
The external employee will work from their own laptop with virtual access to the environments.
Indexing during the duration of this request is possible after at least 1 year.
Remote work is possible.
