We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the evolution and maintenance of our budgetary and accounting platform based on SAP. The role involves coordinating improvement requests, user acceptance testing, and external application testing while ensuring quality support for the business.

Description

As part of the evolution and maintenance of the WBFIN platform (budgetary and accounting solution based on SAP) of the SPW, the ERP service center analyst (digital) supports the business (SPW-Finances) in its requests for corrections and developments on three main axes:

•For improvement requests: Review and Challenge to avoid low-value functionalities and/or overly complex solutions (Simplification / Performance)

•For UAT of releases/projects: Support for the business

•In terms of tests carried out by external applications (both providers and business teams): Coordination of tests

Currently, an internal analyst is handling this support, but it is necessary to quickly implement an additional external resource to manage the workload (number of requests), the quality of support provided to the business, and the good coordination with external providers and the SPW Digital teams.
