Context: For the dematerialization of its business procedures (classification, restoration, subsidy of heritage assets) and its asset referentials, the Walloon Agency for Heritage (AWaP) has initiated the DIGIPAT program. This involves setting up an integrated internal management platform, referentials, and data publication to create and track the entire lifecycle of a file at AWaP. This platform will profoundly transform business processes and rules, as well as internal methodologies and solutions used.
