As part of the Service Delivery Management Pole of the Walloon Public Service Digital, you will strengthen the team responsible for applications related to the dematerialization of urban planning and environmental permits, on behalf of the general directions TLPE and ARNE.The main activity will concern the functional validation of developments, integrations, and redesigns of applications in the field.
As a functional tester, you will join a multidisciplinary team composed of project managers, analysts, developers, and business experts. You will closely collaborate with key users and business representatives to understand their work context, the processes associated with the management of urban planning and environmental permits, as well as the needs covered by the applications.
Your role is mainly focused on the preparation, execution, and monitoring of tests to ensure the quality of the solutions put into production. In this capacity, you will be involved from the understanding of needs to develop relevant and representative test scenarios based on actual usage.
The position also has a dimension of test automation. This component will be developed progressively as the projects and applications mature. However, the mission is currently mainly centered on manual testing and functional validation activities.
In this context, your responsibilities are as follows:
Quickly understand the business and processes related to the management of urban planning and environmental permits to ensure appropriate test coverage;
Analyze functional specifications, change requests, and user needs;
Design, document, and maintain test scenarios and cases;
Prepare the necessary data for test campaigns;
Verify that the functional requirements/specifications have been correctly implemented;
Execute functional, regression, and integration tests;
Identify, document, and track anomalies until their resolution in Jira;
Collaborate with analysts, the business, and development teams to ensure a common understanding of encountered issues;
Participate in testing activities and validation of deliveries;
Test web services using dedicated tools (SoapUI, Postman,...);
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and testing processes;
Gradually participate in the implementation and maintenance of automated tests (Playwright) when the functional stability and maturity of the applications allow it;
Ensure traceability of tests and overall quality of delivered applications.

- Comprendre rapidement le métier et les processus liés à la gestion des permis d'urbanisme et d’environnement afin d'assurer une couverture de test adaptée ;
- Analyser les spécifications fonctionnelles, les demandes d'évolution et les besoins utilisateurs ;
- Concevoir, documenter et maintenir les scénarios et cas de tests ;
- Préparer les données nécessaires aux campagnes de tests ;
- Vérifier que les exigences/spécifications fonctionnelles ont été correctement implémentées ;
- Exécuter les tests fonctionnels, de régression et d'intégration ;
- Identifier, documenter et suivre les anomalies jusqu'à leur résolution dans Jira ;
- Collaborer avec les analystes, le métier et les équipes de développement afin de garantir une compréhension commune des problèmes rencontrés ;
- Participer aux activités de test et à la validation des livraisons ;
- Tester des webservices via des outils dédiés (SoapUI, Postman,...) ;
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus qualité et de test ;
- Participer progressivement à la mise en place et à la maintenance de tests automatisés (Playwright) lorsque la stabilité fonctionnelle et la maturité des applications le permettront ;
- Veiller à la traçabilité des tests et à la qualité globale des applications livrées.

- Expérience / Connaissance dans le domaine de gestion de permis

- Expérience dans l’automatisation de tests
- Testeur dans des projets informatiques
