Aquafin has been working with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud via RISE for about a year, supplemented with SuccessFactors and SAP Field Service Management. After implementation, the focus shifts to sustainably utilizing and further developing this SAP landscape.
Therefore, we are looking for an SAP Manager - Value Stream & Factory who connects two essential dimensions: on the one hand, continuously realizing business value and process improvement from the Value Stream SAP, and on the other hand, ensuring stable, secure, cost-effective, and future-oriented service delivery from the SAP Factory.

As an SAP Manager, you will manage both the Value Stream SAP and the SAP Factory. This combines two responsibilities that in many organizations are spread across different functions: realizing business value, process improvement, and innovation, and ensuring stable, secure, and future-oriented SAP service delivery.
You will be at the intersection of business, processes, technology, and service delivery. You will work with business owners, product owners, architects, and suppliers and represent SAP operations to the Value Stream Board. This gives you a direct impact on the choices, investments, and priorities that determine the further evolution of SAP within Aquafin.

Your assignment
Value Stream SAP
As an SAP Manager, you will guide the further evolution of SAP within Aquafin. You will support business owners in determining priorities, realizing process improvements, and maximizing investments in SAP. You will ensure that business needs are translated into a clear roadmap with clear choices and demonstrable added value for the organization.
SAP Factory
In addition to the further evolution of SAP, you will also be responsible for the operation of the SAP Factory. You will monitor the stability, security, and quality of service delivery and ensure that the roadmap is realized feasibly within the available budgets, capacity, and supplier agreements.
Collaboration and representation
The SAP Manager works closely with business owners, product owners, architects, line managers, and external partners. They ensure alignment between business needs, process improvements, technological possibilities, and the daily operation of the SAP landscape.
Additionally, the SAP Manager represents SAP operations to the Value Stream Board and relevant governance bodies. They build support for investments, priorities, and change initiatives and ensure transparency regarding the roadmap, budgets, risks, supplier performance, and progress.
