Shape the digital future of our organization. As a freelance ERP Program Manager, you will lead a large-scale ERP transformation that renews our way of working. You connect technology, people, and processes and bring stakeholders together at all levels.
Freelance assignment | 2 to 3 days per week | Q4 2026 to Q2 2028 | Onsite presence in Beringen/Tessenderlo for about 75% of the assignment.

With OneFlow, we are implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as our standardized digital core. You will lead the program according to the SHV Energy ERP Transformation Playbook: from preparation and mobilization to go-live, hypercare, and benefits realization.
You will build the PMO, establish governance and stage-gates, and bring together business, IT, SHV Energy, and the implementation partner. You will monitor planning, budget, risks, and decision-making while keeping an eye on customer and commercial impact.

What will you do?

You will build the PMO, establish governance and stage-gates, and bring together business, IT, SHV Energy, and the implementation partner. You will monitor planning, budget, risks, and decision-making while keeping an eye on customer and commercial impact.
You will set up the ERP PMO and monitor governance, stage-gates, decision-making, and escalations.
You will manage the master planning, budget, milestones, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and reporting.
You will coordinate business and IT workstreams and monitor scope, priorities, resources, and business backfill.
You will manage the implementation partner and other external parties, including contractual agreements, change requests, and milestone acceptance.
You will lead readiness assessments and fit-gap analyses regarding people, processes, technology, data, and change.
You will ensure fit-to-standard and clean-core principles and obtain formal approval of architecture, security, data migration, integrations, and process designs.
You will ensure that design decisions support customer needs, customer service, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
You will monitor the impact on customers, dealers, and commercial and operational teams, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales volumes.
You will prepare for go-live, hypercare, and the transition to business-as-usual, including the target operating model, support model, and follow-up on business benefits.

What you bring
At least 10 years of experience leading complex ERP programs.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Strong in PMO setup, governance, and stakeholder management at the executive level.
Experienced in managing system integrators, external partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
Broad knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service, plus experience with organizational change and business adoption.
A structured, connecting, and results-oriented approach.
Fluent communication in English; Dutch is a strong asset and French is a plus.
Experience with stage-gate governance and multinational organizations is an asset. Experience in energy, utilities, or distribution, and a PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification are plus points.
