We are looking for an Expert UX to join our Service & Delivery Management team. The role involves conducting user research, designing user journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring a high-quality user experience across various digital projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Description

You will join the Service & Delivery Management (SDM) team of SPW Digital, within the UX Experts Pool, a cross-functional team that intervenes in all digital projects to design simple, effective, and user-centered services.

You will work on several business projects in parallel, in close collaboration with project managers, analysts, and development teams, from the early phases and throughout the project cycle.

You will conduct user research activities (interviews, analyses, workshops) to understand the needs, constraints, and expectations of users.

You will structure user journeys and formalize UX deliverables (personas, user journeys, flows) to guide the design.

You will design wireframes and prototypes to quickly visualize solutions and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.

You will facilitate co-design workshops to align business, IT, and user visions.

You will organize and conduct user tests to validate hypotheses and iteratively improve solutions.

You will work in an agile mode, actively participating in project rituals.

You will ensure the quality and coherence of the user experience, in line with UX standards and the organization's design system.

Finally, you will contribute to the dissemination of UX best practices and the sharing of expertise within the UX pool.

Evaluation Method

Offers will be evaluated in three stages:

•Verification of elimination criteria: any candidate not meeting KO criteria will be excluded.

•Qualitative evaluation of the profile: analysis of the CV and supporting elements (portfolio, experiences); any undocumented element will be considered unproven.

•Interview (if applicable): allows validation of skills, autonomy, and fit for the project context.
