OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Front-End Developer specialized in React to join our team. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining user-friendly, high-performance, and secure front-end applications within a React environment to ensure a stable and modern user experience that optimally supports business processes and end-users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Contribute to the renewal of hardware and/or software components and perform necessary functional or technical analyses to meet the needs of end-users and the company.

•Manage and follow up on technical needs within front-end applications.

•Advise on technology choices (React, UI frameworks, tooling).

•Design solutions focusing on user experience and front-end architecture.

•Translate functional needs into user-friendly interfaces.

•Develop or determine the technical requirements for, as well as implement, new hardware or software and applications to provide a qualitative set of equipment and applications.

•Develop front-end applications using React.

•Work according to Agile methodology using Azure DevOps.

•Integrate front-end components with APIs and backend services.

•Use Git for version control.

•Monitor, maintain, test, and secure the IT infrastructure and/or software applications to ensure a high degree of reliability, security, and usability for end-users.

•Perform unit and integration testing.

•Apply front-end security best practices.

•Ensure performance, accessibility, and user experience.

•Maintain qualitative and stable front-end components.

•Maintain data structures and/or system settings, providing a performant environment for data management and ensuring backups of user files to guarantee the correctness of business data and enable quick recovery in case of loss or damage.

•Work with data from APIs and backend systems.

•Ensure correct processing and presentation of data.

•Support data integration within front-end applications.

•Analyze, resolve, and follow up on application or network-related issues to restore the operation of these applications or networks.

•Debug front-end issues.

•Provide second-line support.

•Proactively avoid production issues.

•Formulate proposals for renewal and optimization of the activity domain to meet current and future business needs.

•Propose improvements in front-end architecture and development practices.

•Keep up with developments within the React ecosystem.

•Promote usability, accessibility, and performance.

•Ensure knowledge retention and keep data and documentation up-to-date for the own expertise domain as well as communicate the information to maintain a correct and complete view of all available components and applications throughout the entire lifecycle.

•Document front-end components, guidelines, and architecture.

•Share knowledge within the team.

•Work according to structured documentation standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•Medior profile (±2–3 years of experience).

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.

•Strong in maturity, drive, and team fit.

•Strong focus on user experience and quality.

•Interest in modern front-end technologies and continuous improvement.

LANGUAGES

•English: Professional working proficiency.

•French: Good (B2) (not required).
