We are looking for an IAM Senior Business Analyst to optimize security and enhance client experience. The role involves analyzing operational processes, improving IAM controls, and coordinating projects while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Overview

We recently created a New IAM team called IAM excellence and Governance. The mission of the team:

•Empower IAM correspondent within each business line (called 'CIAMs')

•Enhance Security and Control Effectiveness

•Improve Efficiency and Reduce Workload within the IAM central teams

•Provide training, awareness, and clear communication to CIAMs and business teams to ensure they understand IAM policies, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Thanks to your analyses and follow-up, you contribute to the optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, processes, and procedures, and therefore to the client experience.

•You are responsible for the in-depth analysis of operational processes.

•You contribute to optimal client experiences by critically analyzing, optimizing, and enriching processes.

•You act as the link between the business and the Digital Identity teams.

•You inventory and structure the IAM controls to be improved and translate them into an action plan for each business line.

•You inventory and structure the needs of colleagues impacted by IAM controls and translate them into a communication and training plan that enables them to successfully carry out their tasks.

•You support and coordinate your project from start to finish: from needs to execution.

•In the meantime, you ensure the alignment of all concerned parties and a structured follow-up. You address issues as they arise, clearly inform management about the evolution of the situation, and support the effective implementation of controls.

•You work independently and are responsible for coordination and communication with the various stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

•Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

•Bachelor IT or equivalent

•BPMN Process Modeling: 5 Years (Medior)

•DORA: 2 Years (Junior)

•Dynamic, project-oriented personality

•IAM controls and KPI's: 5 Years (Medior)

•IAM processes: 5 Years (Medior)

•ISMS: 5 Years (Medior)

•ISO 27001 - Close 9: 5 Years (Medior)

•Strong team spirit, respecting everyone’s opinion and motivation

•Strong writing and communication skills

•Structured and pragmatic approach

Languages

•English: Very good (C1)

•French: Good (B2)

•This request is of a “try & hire” nature. This means that we have the right, not the obligation, to hire the selected candidate after an initial period as external. If the candidate is hired after the initial period, the supplier cannot demand any penalties or additional fees.
