To strengthen the IT team, we are looking for an ICT Endpoint Lifecycle Employee who will assist in replacing and managing laptops and desktops within the organization.In this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing the lifecycle of endpoints. You will guide end-users in transitioning to new devices, ensure a smooth rollout, and closely monitor the entire replacement process. A customer-oriented and efficient service delivery is central to this role.
Key Responsibilities
•Proactively identify outdated devices within the asset park
•Contact users to schedule replacements
•Coordinate and execute device swaps
•Support end-users in the adoption of new devices
•Ensure correct administrative follow-up in management tools
•Independently handle common questions and issues, with the possibility of escalation when necessary
Desired Profile
•Ideally, you have some relevant experience in IT support or endpoint management
•You have a good basic knowledge of IT and already have some professional experience in a supportive IT environment
•You communicate smoothly and adopt a customer-oriented approach
•You work accurately, take responsibility, and handle end-users professionally
•Experience with endpoint management, asset management, or ITSM processes is an advantage

Practical Information
Duration of the assignment: 6 monthsDesired start date: as soon as possible
Interviews are scheduled for early June (on Wednesday 03/06 and Thursday 04/06 between 14:00 and 15:00 via Teams)
Although presence in Dessel is required, flexibility is provided as the role also includes activities in Brussels.
Note: There is a collective closure from 14/07/2026 to 02/08/2026. Given the progression of the selection process and the application for a security authorization/advice, the candidate can only start in August.
