We are looking for a Senior IT Test Manager to oversee testing management for various strategic business-IT projects. The role involves establishing testing strategies, managing JIRA, and ensuring quality through comprehensive testing processes. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in JIRA and a strong understanding of SAP processes.

The main responsibility of the Senior IT Test Manager is to ensure the management of testing using the defined testing strategy for several strategic business-IT projects in different areas (finance, logistics, maintenance, production, human resources,...). These missions are carried out using various technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, Geode, Windev, M365 tools like SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate, SAG, ... He will also be responsible for the setup and administration of JIRA, the testing management tool, using best practices.

In this role, he:

•is capable of establishing a defined testing strategy and approach for a project as well as for changes to the current solution.

•writes an integrated test plan with the support of the project manager and/or functional consultants and the business.

•sets up and manages the tracking of tests and identified anomalies (including tracking the resolution of anomalies);

•defines the scope and planning of the different testing phases and sets up detailed tracking of tests (real-time dashboard);

•monitors the development of different test scenarios based on a project blueprint and assists in their execution when necessary;

•tracks the progress of tests versus the planning and reports anomalies, including related risks, and reports to the IT PM and the project steering committee;

•ensures that documentation and training are aligned with testing needs;

•verifies that all relevant applications and interfaces are tested to guarantee "no" regression after production deployment;

•familiarizes himself with VIVAQUA applications (SAP ECC, SAP ISU, ...).

Expected deliverables are:

•an approach and testing plan for the various SAP projects;

•a library of test scenarios (positive and negative);

•a list of acceptance criteria;

•an approach and solution for testing;

•reporting of test results as well as anomalies and actions related to the use of the JIRA tool;

•test tracking and acceptance reports;

•in-depth documentation to be reused in the future.

Requirements

JIRA Expertise

The Test Manager must have advanced expertise in JIRA, including:

•configuration and administration of JIRA projects;

•design and optimization of workflows (conditions, validators, post-functions);

•creation of dashboards and real-time reports for tracking tests and anomalies;

•use of test management extensions such as Xray, Zephyr, or equivalent;

•management of permissions, screens, schemes, and notifications. Demonstrated experience in JIRA administration is strongly desired.

Methodological Skills (ISTQB + Test Management)

An ISTQB Foundation certification is required; ISTQB Test Manager / Advanced certification is a major asset. The consultant must master testing methodologies (V-Model, Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), quality risk management, KPI definition for testing, and the establishment of structured testing governance.

Specific SAP Skills Required

The consultant must have a good understanding of SAP ECC6 processes, ideally in the FI/CO, MM, SD, PP modules, as well as inter-module integration testing. Knowledge of SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC, PI/PO, API) is a plus. He must be able to analyze a SAP blueprint, identify impacts on testing, and define relevant E2E scenarios.

The consultant must demonstrate:

•excellent oral and written communication;

•the ability to challenge IT and business teams;

•natural leadership in coordinating testing phases;

•strong quality orientation and documentation rigor;

•the ability to manage conflicts and prioritize;

•complete autonomy in planning and executing testing activities.

Throughout your mission, you must comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 rules.

Execution Terms of the Mission

The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and must potentially work 440 man-days spread over a duration of ± 2 years, on a 40-hour weekly basis, during opening days. Services will be executed at least 3 days/week in person at the headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless expressly approved by the Head of the IT Department. The consultant is informed that he is not allowed to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) without explicit authorization. The designated consultant must consider the continuity of service needs and project-related constraints when planning his leave.

Additional Information

The mission can be extended for a maximum duration (initial duration included) of: 880 working days.
