We are looking for a Junior Developer with proven experience in developing customized applications. The role includes configuring the KIOSK environment and maintaining the Zammad service desk tool.

Additional Info

•The Department of Culture, Youth, and Media is responsible for subsidizing organizations and individuals within the sectors of Culture, Youth, and Media. The department manages a total of 120 different subsidy lines, which are awarded through the internal KIOSK application. This Java-based tool was developed in-house and allows for customized configuration of subsidy streams. For this assignment, we are looking for a technically strong profile responsible for configuring these streams within the KIOSK environment. In the context of these streams, Excel templates are often used to collect data easily, and we also rely on this profile for the creation of these Excel templates. Additionally, the assignment includes testing changes in the application. For automating test scenarios, RPA technology (such as PowerApps or UiPath) is being considered. Furthermore, the department uses the Zammad service desk tool, which is integrated with KIOSK. For the maintenance and further configuration of Zammad, we would like to engage a consultant with experience in Zammad configuration and knowledge of Python, necessary for scripting between platforms. This Python expertise is also required for data processing in collaboration with the data warehouse team.
