We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant for a long-term collaboration to support the internal IT team in optimizing and further developing the Microsoft environment.

o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
o Identity & security within M365
Context
You will primarily work for the internal services and be part of an Agile team. As an expert within the Microsoft stack, you will translate business needs into concrete solutions and implementations. You will closely collaborate with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and various business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Translate business needs into concrete solutions within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Platform, Office 365, Copilot)
Analyze and optimize complex business processes
Advise on functionality, security, and efficient use of the M365 environment
Configure, manage, and optimize the Microsoft tenant (user rights, policies, document settings)
Implement and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners
Support the Scrum team in the qualitative delivery of solutions
Manage integrations and configurations within the IT landscape
Set up and maintain documentation and architecture artifacts
Automate and optimize processes through scripting and configuration
Report and communicate to stakeholders and management
Profile
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Microsoft 365 consultant/engineer
Strong knowledge of:
o Microsoft 365 / Office 365o SharePoint
o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
o Identity & security within M365
Experience with tenant management, configuration, and governance
Experience in larger organizations (+500 users)
Hands-on mentality combined with analytical insight
Strong in stakeholder management and clear communication
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus
Experience with carve-in/care-out processes is a plus
Practical Information
Freelance assignment
2 days per week onsite in Brugge (Tuesday & Thursday)
Flexibility possible depending on needs and projects
