Overview
We are looking for multiple mid-level and/or senior ICT Project Managers for our infrastructure projects.Preferred start date: September/October
Duration: Permanent, with 1 month notice
Full-time assignment
Location: Clients across Belgium, depending on the consultant's place of residence. We are looking for consultants throughout Flanders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex IT projects focusing on data center infrastructure, workplace, networks, and system migrations.
Monitor and report project progress to the Program Manager or Service Manager.
Coordinate the installation and equipping of physical data center environments.
Guide network and system implementations, application migrations, and handover to operational teams.
Organize project meetings and facilitate coordination among all involved stakeholders.
Motivate and manage project staff with attention to team dynamics and coaching.
Ensure smooth communication within the project structure.
Skills & Experience
You have work experience within a complex organizational context.
Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent through experience.
At least 5 years of experience in project management.
In-depth knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
Proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Technical background in:
o Data center facilities and infrastructureo Network management and/or system administration
o Virtualization platforms
o Data center migrations
o Workplace management/Endpoint management
Proven experience with:
o Physical data center installationso Implementation of networks and systems
o Application migrations between data centers
o Handover of project tasks to operational services
o Roll-out infrastructure projects
Languages
Willing to visit clients across Belgium
Broad experience in IT infrastructure: data center migrations, workplace management, virtualization, network and system management
Good stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of both national languages and English
Minimum 7 years of experience as an infrastructure project manager in large complex IT environments
Strong communication skills
