Start Date: January 2027
Duration: 15 months (1 year + 1 quarter)
Work regime: Full-time, initially 100% onsite (at least during the first 6 months). Afterwards, at least 4 days a week onsite.

This is explicitly not a role for a classic IT Project Manager. We are looking for an experienced transformation professional who combines strong expertise in process optimization, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
Extra asset: experience with Dynamics AX environments and/or previous involvement in Dynamics 365 F&O transformations within manufacturing companies. This can be a significant advantage for this assignment.

Map existing business processes across various domains.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and process owners.
Develop and validate future-state processes.
Identify gaps between local practices and global standards.
Advise on the harmonization of processes versus necessary local deviations.
Create alignment between business, IT, and management.
Drive change management initiatives and ensure stakeholder engagement.
Monitor planning, dependencies, risks, and decision-making.
Report to senior management and steering committees.
Coordinate various workstreams to prepare the organization for the ERP implementation.
Desired Profile
Must-haves
At least 10 years of experience in business transformation programs.
Experience with ERP-driven transformation projects.
At least 2 successful international ERP rollouts led.
Strong expertise in process optimization and process harmonization.
Experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
Strong track record in change management and stakeholder management.
Experience in multi-site and international organizations.
Excellent workshop and facilitation skills.
Strong communication skills at various levels within the organization.
Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
Pluses
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Background in Business Process Management (BPM).

Important
The focus is on candidates who have demonstrably led business transformation projects around ERP programs.
