We are looking for a Technician/Installer for User Infrastructure to install, coordinate, and maintain various telecommunication and ICT user infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting user environments and a strong understanding of hospital informatics.

Overview

•You install, coordinate, and maintain telephone systems including fixed, DECT phones, smartphones, and GSMs.

•You install and maintain ICT user infrastructure (PCs & laptops, printers, screens, peripherals, etc.).

•You activate and manage SIM cards and GSMs provided by telecom partners.

•You are responsible for resolving and following up on incidents.

•You execute work orders and track their progress.

•You support the technical operation of application software.

•You collaborate with and provide support to other ICT teams.

•You are willing to assist at the ICT Service Desk.

•You ensure administrative follow-up of completed work.

•You are willing to travel between different sites.

•You consult with and report to the responsible ICT User Infrastructure and Support.

Key Responsibilities

•Install and maintain telephone systems including fixed, DECT phones, smartphones, and GSMs.

•Install and maintain ICT user infrastructure (PCs & laptops, printers, screens, peripherals, etc.).

Skills & Experience

•Proven experience as a Technician/Installer - User Infrastructure.

•Proven experience working with workstations and Windows.

•Proven experience operationalizing or supporting workplace components (PCs, mobile devices, as well as printers, scanners, etc.).

•Proven experience with Outlook/Exchange.

•Proven experience with printer management.

•Proven knowledge of hospital informatics and the medical sector.

•Proven experience with telephone exchanges & software (Omnivista, Alcatel, etc.).

•Proven experience with MS Windows operating systems.

Languages

•Language requirement: Fluent in Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

•You have technical experience with various hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).

•You have experience working with workstations and Windows.

•You have experience supporting users of ICT user infrastructure and telephony.
