Note: There is a collective closure from 14/07/2026 to 02/08/2026. Given the selection procedure and the application for a security authorization/advice, the candidate can only start in August.

Job Description:
The role is responsible for managing either the end-user applications (both internally developed and externally purchased) or the ICT infrastructure (central servers, internal corporate network, and external connections), with the aim of ensuring optimal support for the business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and monitor ICT projects and/or studies aimed at providing ICT applications or infrastructure for managing business data.
Be responsible for ICT projects and/or studies regarding the implementation and optimization of end-user applications OR regarding the development and optimization of the central server park, corporate network, or external connections.
Prepare, monitor, and adjust project schedules.
Create project proposals and project charters.
Coordinate activities within projects and support project members to successfully complete ICT projects in a cost-effective and quality manner.
Functionally direct, motivate, and support project team members.
Consult with stakeholders (possibly also external consultants/experts).
Ensure the completeness and correctness of documentation throughout the projects.
Map and analyze the (future) business needs or user requirements regarding ICT, aiming to timely select applications/infrastructure/partners.
Inventory the business needs or user requirements regarding ICT.
Explore the market, follow developments, evaluate received proposals, and select candidate suppliers.
Prepare a functional analysis, technical analysis, etc.
Provide and develop proposals for optimizing ICT applications or infrastructure to ensure the organization operates optimally with ICT resources.
Prepare a project proposal.
Assess the added value of new technologies/partners for the organization.
Upgrade development and management tools/software, network systems to the latest version.
Monitor and schedule the routine maintenance of ICT applications or infrastructure to ensure qualitative, safe operation.
Follow up on problem reports.
Analyze security reports and implement firewalls.
Identify, analyze, and schedule operational adjustments and/or functional additions, if desired in consultation with team members or other teams within ICT.
Keep documentation regarding processes within ICT up to date, aiming to have a complete set of inventories, diagrams, and procedures.
Develop and update instructions and procedures regarding the management of ICT applications and infrastructure.
Train ICT staff in executing these procedures.
Manage the inventories of ICT applications and infrastructure.

What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of experience in ICT project management
- Experience in managing end-user applications and ICT infrastructure

- Familiarity with IT technologies such as virtualization, storage, networks, and cloud
