Project Leader Senior

About the mission

We are looking for a Senior Project Leader to coordinate and follow up IT delivery across Technology within the scope of a strategic program focused on IT Risk & Finance. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a hands-on approach to ensure timely and qualitative outcomes.

What you'll do

• You act as an orchestrator on the IT side, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consistency across multiple teams and streams.
• You drive alignment across transversal IT teams and stakeholders by organizing and preparing IT forums and working sessions, and consolidating all relevant input.
• You oversee the planning and execution of IT deliverables, ensuring clear visibility on scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across all involved teams.
• You monitor delivery progress and commitments, proactively addressing deviations and driving resolution of blockers to ensure timely and qualitative outcomes.
• You ensure close follow-up of issues, actions, and dependencies.
• You challenge teams when needed and push for resolution, ensuring momentum is maintained.
• You prepare consolidated and high-quality status reporting for IT program managers, highlighting key achievements, risks, issues, and next steps. You ensure reporting is accurate, forward-looking, and supports decision-making at program level.
• You contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and governance.
• You bring pragmatism and efficiency in ways of working, with a focus on operational excellence.
• You understand the IT landscape, banking architecture, and data flows at an operational and tactical level, leveraging this understanding to challenge delivery teams, anticipate dependencies, and ensure coherent end-to-end delivery.
• You take a hands-on, “boots on the ground” approach, staying close to the teams and the actual delivery.
• You work in a dynamic environment where adaptability, ownership, and proactiveness are key.
• You demonstrate strong organizational and alignment skills, combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
