Overview

We are looking for an ICT Project Manager – Datacenter & Infrastructure Projects. Preferred start date: July 2026. Duration: Permanent, with 1 month notice. Full-time assignment. Location: Clients throughout Belgium, depending on the consultant's residence.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex IT projects with a focus on datacenter infrastructure, workplace, networks, and system migrations.

•Monitor and report project progress to the Program Manager or Service Manager.

•Coordinate the installation and equipping of physical datacenter environments.

•Guide network and system implementations, application migrations, and transfer to operational teams.

•Organize project meetings and facilitate alignment among all involved stakeholders.

•Motivate and manage project staff with attention to team dynamics and coaching.

•Ensure smooth communication within the project structure.

Skills & Experience

•You have work experience within a complex organizational context.

•Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent through experience.

•At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.

•Thorough knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.

•Proficient in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.

•Technical background in:

o Datacenter facilities and infrastructure
o Network management and/or system administration
o Virtualization platforms
o Datacenter migrations
o Workplace management/Endpoint management

•Proven experience with:

o Physical datacenter installations
o Implementation of networks and systems
o Application migrations between datacenters
o Transfer of project tasks to operational services
o Roll-out infrastructure projects.

Languages

•Proficient in English and Dutch.
