Context
As part of the JustCase program, the central judicial case management system, multiple key projects are ongoing (NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Youth, JustCase Labour). The program is entering a critical phase with major challenges related to data architecture, data quality, and integration, particularly during migrations and release cycles.Mission
The consultant will be responsible for coordinating data-related activities across the JustCase program, with a primary focus on data architecture and data quality, while supporting overall project coordination.Key Responsibilities
Lead data architecture initiatives (data models, system consistency)
Ensure data quality (consistency, completeness, reliability)
Address data challenges in migrations and releases
Coordinate business, ICT, and external stakeholders on data topics
Manage cross-project data dependencies
Secure stable releases and production readiness
Provide structured reporting to governance bodies
Profile
Experience in ICT environments with strong focus on data architecture / data management
Good understanding of data models, flows, and integrations
Experience in data migration and data quality improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Nice to have
Experience in public sector or justice domain
Experience in digital transformation programs
Knowledge of data governance practices
