Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can also take on the role of Service Owner and Product Manager for a long-term assignment. You will work for an organization that provides software solutions to large clients. The role combines project management for software development projects with responsibilities for managing and optimizing the products and services offered. The position offers the possibility of hybrid working (50% remote).

Key Responsibilities

•Lead software development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

•Coordinate project teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals.

•Create and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

•Conduct risk analysis and implement solutions to prevent or address project obstacles.

Service Ownership

•Responsible for delivering products and services to large clients, understanding and translating client needs into appropriate solutions.

•Monitor and oversee the performance of the offered products and services to ensure continuity and client satisfaction.

•Manage the lifecycle of products and services and proactively identify opportunities for improvements.

•Generate new client projects by identifying opportunities for product adjustments or new features.

•Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding products and services.

•Experience in delivering excellent service to large clients and managing complex client relationships is essential.

Product Management

•Actively contribute to the strategy and vision for the products and services, both in the short and long term.

•Define product requirements and align development with client needs and market demand.

•Collaborate with various internal teams (developers, support, sales) to realize product updates and innovations.

•Conduct market analysis and competitive research to optimize product positioning.

Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

•Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

•Experience in project management, including the use of tools such as Jira, MS Project, and other project management software.

•Knowledge of software development, both front-end and back-end, and able to engage in technical discussions with development teams.

•Experience in managing service and product lifecycle, including client relationships and identifying client needs.

Soft Skills:

•Strong communication skills, both in technical and non-technical terms.

•Leadership and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

•Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to quickly prioritize and manage risks.

•Client-oriented mindset with the ability to translate client wishes into concrete product or service improvements.

Experience:

•At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in software development for complex custom solutions for large companies.

•Proven experience in service management for large clients, where delivering excellent service and managing complex client relationships is essential.

•Experience with both project management and product and service management.

•Experience working in a client-oriented environment, where improving client satisfaction is central.
