Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Salesforce Developer to ensure the continuity and maintenance of LV Connect, including minor adjustments. LV Connect is the Service Cloud solution built for our contact center.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the continuity and maintenance of LV Connect.
Make minor adjustments as needed.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in programming tasks, able to code, test, and debug efficiently.
Proven experience (minimum 1 year) with development and configuration within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proven experience in developing based applications (minimum 3 years).
Proven knowledge and experience with similar projects (should have).
Proven knowledge and experience of Agile development methodology (should have).
Analytical mindset and quick learner in solving technical problems (should have).
Ability to communicate clearly within the team and ask questions when uncertainties arise (should have).

Languages

English: Very good (C1) - required
French: Good (B2) - not required
