We are looking for a Senior Data Consultant / Solution Architect to support our Data Manager in implementing our data strategy. The role involves governance, data management, and promoting a data culture within our organization, along with key responsibilities in reporting and data architecture.

The Data Specialist will support the Data Manager, to whom they report directly, in implementing the data strategy: governance, management, utilization, and automation of data across the organization, establishing a Data architecture, and promoting a Data culture within the company.

Key Responsibilities

•Governance of data management

•Continuing the development of governance

•PMO for various initiatives related to data governance

•Valuation of data

•Development of data uses: reporting, analysis, automation, AI

•Reporting Strategy

•Define the organization of reporting developments to be implemented (centralized in IT, decentralized in departments, mixed, etc.)

•Continuing the development of the Data architecture

•Data lineage

•Ensure the connection between data lineage and process descriptions

•Management of reporting automation projects, in coordination with IT

•In partnership with IT, define a mechanism for prioritizing reporting developments

•Establishing a Data culture in change mode

•Raise awareness of governance and data management rules

•Sensitize teams to data management and their role in the value chain (data culture)

•Promote cross-functionality and inter-departmental collaboration to break down silos and facilitate information flow.

Throughout your mission, you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

The start date of the mission will be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.

Additional Info

•The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may work up to 440 person-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour workweek during opening days.

•Services will be executed for a minimum of 3 days/week in person at the headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless expressly waived by the Head of the IT Department.

•The designated consultant must adhere to the provisions of the "Code of Conduct for External Contractors".

•The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including initial duration) of 880 working days.
