Overview

The IT department of Belgium's FPS Home Affairs is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Expert responsible for the design, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions

•Customize modules such as ITSM, CMDB and HRSD

•Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into technical solutions

•Develop workflows, scripts, business rules, and UI policies

•Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO

•Ensure maintenance and optimization of the platform

•Contribute to governance and continuous improvement of ITIL processes

•Train and support internal users

Technical Skills

•Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM

•JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Glide API

•Flow Designer, Service Portal, Reporting

•Integrations via REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO

Methodological Skills

•Good knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 best practices

Certifications

•ITIL Foundation (preferred)

•ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator or Application Developer are an asset)

Languages

•English: Active knowledge

•French: Native
