About the mission

We are looking for a Senior Test Coordinator to participate in the refactoring of IT solutions for regional vehicle taxation and the implementation of a new road tax. The role involves coordinating multi-application tests and ensuring the standardization of testing methodologies.

Description

The mission is set in a dual context:

Firstly, the refactoring of the IT solution for regional vehicle taxation, with phase 2 of the circulation tax reform coming into effect on July 1, 2026.
Secondly, the implementation of the new road tax starting in the first quarter of 2027.

There is a possibility of working more than 50% on-site in Namur as needed.

Test Coordination


The test coordinator must participate in the design and execution of cross-application, E2E, and parallel run tests in the context of evolving applications related to regional taxation.
They will coordinate the activities of receiving deliverables in consultation with the program manager(s), align schedules, and produce test reports.
They will contribute to the standardization of the testing methodology for applications related to vehicle taxation and its implementation within the targeted programs.

Deliverables may include:
Test plans
Schedules
Execution of application tests and Jira tickets
Test reports
Methodology

EVALUATION METHOD

Questions related to the content of the file
Questionnaire on Walloon taxation
Questions on the testing methodology to be implemented according to ISTQB and TMMi standards.
