JOB DESCRIPTION
In order to improve the quality of services of the SWCS to citizens, you will ensure the following main missions:
User support for incident and problem management, with diagnosis and ticket follow-up in accordance with internal SLA (helpdesk)
Welcoming new users and providing guidance (best practices, advice, familiarization with tools, etc.)
Assistance with various tasks related to the operations of the unit (asset management, user account management, etc.)
Deployment and configuration of new machines
Network administration: configuration, switching,…
Documentation and adherence to procedures
Technical skills:
Minimum
Mastery of Intune (deployment and updating of the fleet, Windows patching, driver updates, upgrades, etc.)
Knowledge of SCCM
Mastery of the functioning of Active Directory (group management, hardware, users, rights,…)
Mastery of hardware tools (diagnostics)
Disk cloning (ghost), disk wiping, antivirus analysis (via bootable USB), bitlocker management
Knowledge of office tools (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Adobe, Keepass,…)
Knowledge of ticketing tools
Knowledge of Jira
Knowledge of CISCO and HUAWEI switching
Knowledge in document sharing management (Sharepoint, Onedrive,…)
Knowledge in access control solutions (badging)
