We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a ticketing system renewal program. The role involves managing the installation of new equipment, deinstallation of existing systems, and establishing maintenance processes while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Description (English)

Context

As part of the renewal program for its ticketing systems, we are looking to collaborate with a Technical Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of the "Technical" aspects of the program. The mission covers the following three projects:

•Installation of new ticketing equipment (validators, sales terminals, control devices, etc.)
•Deinstallation and recycling of existing equipment
•Establishment and monitoring of the material maintenance system

Your mission

You will take full responsibility for three major technical projects of the ticketing program:

•Installation of equipment

You will oversee all activities related to the installation of new equipment on the network:

•defining deployment strategies and plans;
•defining and validating installation plans for all types of vehicles and lessors;
•coordinating installations on vehicles and infrastructures;
•verifying the quality of installations;
•monitoring test platforms and laboratories;
•organizing pilots and gradual deployments;
•coordinating interventions with regional operators;
•monitoring schedules and dependencies with other projects in the program.

•Deinstallation & recycling

You will organize the gradual removal of existing ticketing equipment:

•preparing the deinstallation specifications;
•coordinating disassembly operations;
•monitoring storage, valorization, or recycling of materials;
•monitoring the restoration of impacted infrastructures;
•coordinating with technical services and the study office.

•Material maintenance

You will build and implement the operational maintenance model for the new equipment in partnership with internal operational stakeholders:

•defining maintenance processes;
•establishing spare parts management;
•monitoring maintenance contracts;
•monitoring SLAs established in the market;
•coordinating corrective and preventive interventions;
•managing availability indicators.

Financial and contractual management

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the financial scope of the sub-projects. In this capacity, you will:

•analyze additional order requests made by suppliers;
•challenge their technical justification;
•validate or refuse requests in collaboration with the program manager;
•verify the quantities actually executed before invoicing;
•ensure consistency between the services rendered and the amounts billed;
•contribute to maintaining the overall budget of the program within a constant financial scope;
•prepare financial reporting and budget monitoring elements.

Stakeholder management

You will lead a cross-functional project team composed of:

•experts from the Transversal Directorate;
•representatives from the five regional Business Units;
•operational teams;
•maintenance teams;
•infrastructure teams;
•external suppliers.

You will ensure:

•coordination of work;
•organization of working workshops;
•alignment of stakeholders;
•risk management and arbitration;
•regular communication to the program governance.

Field presence

The position requires significant field presence and frequent travel across the Walloon territory. You will regularly be required to:

•visit LETEC depots;
•monitor installation and deinstallation operations;
•control the quality of interventions;
•support BU teams;
•identify operational issues;
•secure commissioning.
