Overview
FIRST 2.0 is a major modernization program within the General Administration of Collection and Recovery, aiming to transform the legacy monolithic FIRST application into a modern microservices architecture running on Kubernetes. The program adopts an API-first and event-driven approach, gradually replacing the old legacy platform. Beyond a simple technical modernization effort, FIRST 2.0 is also a business transformation program. It enables the development of new features, improves agility, and accelerates the delivery of value to end users, both internal and external. By building a more flexible and scalable digital platform, the program supports better services, enhanced user experience, and quicker adaptation to constantly evolving business and regulatory needs.Key Responsibilities
Clarification of functional and non-functional requirements and documentation of automated test results.
Determination of the test automation strategy, measurement of test coverage, tools used, and test architecture.
Reporting on software quality to various stakeholders (developers, analysts, team leaders, QA, management, etc.).
Coaching in the field of testing.

What we're looking for
- Experience in clarifying functional and non-functional requirements and documenting automated test results.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and certifications related to testing via ISTQB or others.
- Ability to play a leading role in determining the test automation strategy, measuring test coverage, tools used, and test architecture.
- Experience in reporting software quality to various stakeholders (developers, analysts, team leaders, QA, management, etc.).
- Experience in coaching in the field of testing.
