Description
As an experienced UX Designer, you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications.
Specifically, you participate in needs analysis and ensure to know the users and their environment to best determine the requirements of the applications.
You determine and plan research methods and participate in recruiting participants to collect necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests...).
You propose the most suitable solution and design low and high fidelity interfaces (mobile first prototyping).
You assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the requirements of users and their environment.
You ensure that the graphic design of applications complies with accessibility standards.
You update the Design system.
Throughout the projects, you maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.

You are bilingual (French and Dutch).
