Overview

We are looking for a senior Windows System Administrator for our ICT department. The senior Windows system administrator will be part of the Windows Server Team and will help fulfill the tasks for which the team is responsible.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up and resolve 2nd and 3rd line incidents.
Execute small implementation requests related to the offered services.
Perform line-of-business releases on Application Servers.
Maintain Citrix XenDesktop Servers / Remote Desktop Session Hosts.
General maintenance and monitoring of the Windows Server environment.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a System Administrator (setup, management, and maintenance of systems).
Proven knowledge and experience at the system engineer level of at least one of the specialized systems: Unix/Linux/Windows systems, Mainframe systems, application middleware (web and application servers, etc.), security systems, network, and communication.
Proven knowledge and experience (2 years) with Microsoft 365 technologies (Exchange Online, Teams, Authentication).
Proven knowledge and experience (5 years) with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies.
Proven knowledge and experience (5 years) with Windows Infrastructure Services (DHCP, DNS, PXE) & Firewalling technology.
Proven knowledge and experience (5 years) with Windows Server 2016 or higher.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with ICT infrastructure solutions.
Knowledge of relevant ITIL processes (especially regarding change management).
Knowledge of Azure DevOps Server 2022 or higher.
Knowledge of Citrix NetScaler 13.x or higher.
Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2402LTSR or higher.
Knowledge of CommVault Simpana v11 Backup.
Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Protection.
Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune).

Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 1902 or higher.
Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2403 or higher.
Knowledge of MSIX Packaging.
Knowledge of Office 365 SharePoint Online.
Knowledge of PowerShell Desired State Configuration.
Knowledge of Tibco Spotfire Server 12.x or higher.
Knowledge of UniPrint Infinity Suite.
Knowledge of VMWare vSphere v8.0 or higher.
Knowledge of Windows Installer XML (WiX).
Knowledge of Windows PowerShell.
Knowledge of XenServer 8.x or higher.
